Bear 'n' Blankets
We need stuffed animals and small blankets for our June and December meetings. These will go to Emmaus House for children in crises. Any time of year is hard for many families in need and our contributions will be comforting for the children.
Chamberlains Quilts Needed
We are always in need of twin size quilts for boys and girls at Chamberlains (should be at least 60" x 90") and crib size quilts for babies. If the quilt you donate can't fill the requests needed at this time it will be saved until a suitable home can be found for it.
Food Drive for Community Pantry
Bring non-perishable food items to the Guild Meetings and you will receive one ticket toward the raffle basket of your choice. Community Pantry is struggling to fulfill the needs of those less fortunate in San Benito County. (One raffle ticket per Guild Member, please.)
Pinnacle Quilters' Guild Boutique
Our Boutique is in need of donations...all the time. If you have anything you would like to get rid of but don't want to throw out, donate it to our Boutique! Continued donations keep our Boutique's selection looking fresh for our buyers. Thanks!

Facilities Set-Up and Clean-Up
Volunteers are needed to help get the community center set up for our Guild Meetings each month. Please contact any Board Member or see the sign-up sheet at meetings. Thanks. Set-up: Arrive early (6pm) to help set-up chairs and tables that will be used for the meeting. Clean-up: Make sure the room is left in the same condition as when we entered it, tables and chairs put away.

Our 2012 Opportunity Quilt was pieced and assembled by Guild Members: Laurel Doll, Patti Mauerman, Mary Foletta, Sheila Galindo,
Jeanette Horley, Holly Mabutas, Julee Maggiora, Anneke Wheaton and Julie Young.
The quilt measures 56” x 70”.
It was machine quilted by Anneke Wheaton of The Last Stitch. The pattern is by Judy Reynolds of Black Cat Creations.
Drawing for this quilt will be at the Guild Meeting on February 21, 2012 at the San Juan Community Center, 10 San Jose St., San Juan Bautista, CA. Need not be present to win.
Please contact any Guild Member to help
sell tickets for this beautiful quilt. Sales benefit the Pinnacle Quilters of San Benito County so we can continue to provide outstanding programs for the members to enjoy, opportunities to provide quilts to children in need and the ability to provide assistance to other charitable organizations.
